5 Cool London Date Ideas This Week
Winter is here. All dates must now be approached with the thought of how many layers the other person’s going to have to take off at the end of the evening…… Anyway, with that in mind – here are this week’s cool London date ideas.
The “InTENTS” Date
Rooftop dates are always a winner. The Queen of Hoxton’s rooftop changes seasonally and has the whole Nordic wigwam thing going on this winter. Expect a romantic roasting of marshmallows by the fire and hot toddies.
The “CLOWNING Around” Date
Going to a circus type event is always a great date. Fact. La Soirée is back in central London this weekend for just a couple of months. Tickets are from just £15!
The PLAYful” Date (my pick of the week)
This looks amazing! The Last Dance happening in Hoxton is an immersive play about love and life in the 21st century. Set around a matchmaking agency that guarantees a 100% success rate…. But at what cost? It’s only on for November – so don’t miss out!
The “Let it SLIDE” Date
Curling… That sport played on ice in the Olympics that we all feel is ridiculous is now a thing at Roof East in Stratford. Seriously. “Sliders” is now happening all winter and would be perfect for a first date!
The “On the MARKET” Date
Southbank is awesome for a first date. What can be better than freezing your arse off whilst walking along the Thames right? At least this time of year the Southbank Christmas Markets are happening so you can warm of with plenty of mulled wine!
